Rhianna Hammerle

Rhianna completed her remedial massage training in Sydney in 2016 before relocating to Hobart where she quickly built a reputation for treating sports and workplace related injuries and pain management. She brings a holistic ‘head-to-toe’ approach to her treatments, and seeks to understand and treat underlying causes of pain and dysfunction to help avoid re-injury.

Understanding the needs of the individual through relevant communication and physical assessment, she utilises a variety of soft tissue techniques in her treatments, including dry needling, myofascial release and joint mobilisations. With an exercise science background, treatments with Rhianna aim to identify inefficient loading patterns and develop appropriate strategies to reduce pain, restore joint mobility and promote effective and healthy biomechanics.

As a co-founder of Onemotion, she aims to provide a stable base for a team of motivated and well trained practitioners to bring a wide range of skills to meet individual client needs.

She has a love for long distance trail running and exploring the Tasmanian wilderness, and finds regular soft tissue treatments to be an essential part of her self-care routine to maintain performance and wellbeing.
